Is it safe to pay at the exhibitor's store?

Yes! We ensure the safety of our customers by using machine learning technologies to identify potential risks. We use your credit card security code or unique password to verify payments.

I took out insurance, when will I receive the policy?

We send the insurance policy on demand to optimize the work. Our commitment is to send all policies (previously contracted on the portal) within 1 day before assembly begins. We send the policy by e-mail, as well in the project approval field.

What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) and Invoice.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! When selecting a credit card as a payment method, you can choose to pay in up to 6 installments.

I forgot my password, what I do?

Access the Exhibitor’s Store using your E-mail address. The password is created by the user and if you don’t remember it, click on the “I forgot my password” button, enter your E-mail adress and wait for the E-mail to which the reset will be sent. If the reset email doesn’t arrive, contact the support team responsible for the event.

How do I know that my order was successful?

Make sure you have completed your purchase. Check the confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. If you haven’t received it, contact the support team responsible for the event.

After hiring at the exhibitor's store, who will be my support?

At the event we also have an exhibitor service center – CAEX. There, request assistance from the exhibitor’s store.

Who is responsible for delivering the services purchased at the exhibitor’s store?

All services purchased by the store are the responsibility of NMB, centralizing the contracting of multiple services from a single supplier.

What are the principal Exhibitor Responsibilities

Tips:

💡 Security at the event is a shared responsibility. Pay attention to your belongings, hire security for your booth. Know the rules and safety standards throughout the event

💡 Inform the location of the stand to service providers and drivers. Avoid delays at CAEX — many arrive with just the name of the contractor, without company or stand number, which makes service at the pavilion difficult

💡 Stay up to date with event attractions to invite customers and suppliers

💡 Any supply or delivery to the stand must be done up to 2 hours before the opening of the event and exclusively for the docks. The use of strollers will not be permitted to avoid damaging the carpet

💡 During the event, the distribution of popcorn and music is prohibited, only upon signature and approval of the Musical Term available in the “Annexes” of the Exhibitor’s Portal

Who needs to watch the informative video?

Exhibitors, agencies and service providers who will only monitor the assembly (without performing technical services), must watch an informative safety video.
It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to share the video with everyone involved who will follow the assembly and sign the EXHIBITOR RESPONSIBILITY TERM – Occupational Safety Informative Video (available on the “ANNEX” button on the Exhibitor’s Portal).

My stand will have an aerial cable and I need the aerial network plan, where can I get it?

We ask that you request the area network plan for our operational department:
nmboperacional@nm-brasil.com.br.

Don’t forget to include the name of the event, the stand number and the company name of the exhibiting company in the body of the email to speed up your service. In the subject, put “air network plan”.

When can I come in to unload my booth?

To check the days to unload your stand, go to exhibitor’s portal and check in “Deadlines” button

As the event date approaches, we will publish the Assembly Plan. Follow the exhibitor portal, as we will place the information on the “Assembly Plan” button.

Do I need to wear a helmet during assembly?

Yes. Everyone visiting the event during assembly must wear a helmet, long pants, suitable closed shoes and a t-shirt (tank tops aren’t allowed). The organization will not provide PPE; each one must take responsibility for this.
